This “C-Frame” press is designed for over molding seals in car bodywork.
It is designed to adapt to the numerous configurations that this type of production involves.
A press with a variable shape
Injection and closure are performed via the top. This press comprises two independently controlled injection units, which makes it possible to perform two different over molding operations simultaneously.
These very compact presses are available with a switch cabinet on the right or on the left (chosen by customer). This makes it possible to combine them in order to inject parts on the two platens when the dimensions make this necessary.
Control of the C06Y01 is also customised. It is controlled by a commercial PLC which allows rapid integration into the user’s production environment.
