REP got the AFICEP's innovation award in 2008 for TempInverter® and Beaumont Technologies got the Best of Erie Award 2009 for Fill Balancer®.

Visit us and take a look at our new range of products!

A few months ago, the REP Group launched its new RTAXS range in South East Asia - Taiwan, China and Japan, in Istanbul and at the Kolkata India Rubber Expo 09.

Recently, in Milan, special emphasis was put on TurboCure: this application has been available for one year and already used in several injection molding applications. Results are impressive with cure time reduction up to 50%.

Feedback on the Rubber Expo 2009, Pittsburg, USA, 13-15 October 2009:

Rubber Expo Pittsburg 2009

Due to the economic crisis, the total number of booths or exhibitors was down by 1/3 and the number of attendees by ½ over past equipment shows, but we had decided to be present at the Rubber Expo anyway, even though we did not bring a machine to the show.

We were not the only ones who decided not to bring machines because of the economic situation and most people were very understanding by this decision.

The limited attendance made it easier to spend time with visitors stopping by the booth. Results from the show contacts have been positive in establishing good potential future projects.

See you in the next Rubber Expo in Cleveland in 2011 !

Interplastika 2010, MoscowFocus on the Interplastika fair, Moscow, January 26 to 29, 2010

Business activity seems to be rising : projects are back!

Numerous visitors coming from all over Russia, but also from Bielorussia and Ukrain, stopped by our booth, which was situated in the French pavillon.

There you could meet Jean-Louis Picard, REP's representative, together with Dmitry Vasilyev and Alexei Sheshegov from our sales partner Transcool Elast and Andrey Fedjanin from our technical support Orgmash-service.

The convivial atmosphere facilitated the exchange of ideas and practices in a very good mood.

Plast'09

Focus on the PLAST'09, Milan, Italy, March 24 to 28, 2009:

The main attraction was a vertical rubber injection press from Generation 9, model V59Y10 (60 Ko. pdf) with 260T clamp and Rep injection unit 1000cc/2000bar.

This press was used to present the Rep TurboCure system with TempInverter system on the injection unit and a mold designed and tuned with FillBalancer technology.


H300Visitors could also discover a new horizontal rubber injection press (60 Ko. pdf) from the H range with 300T clamp and FIFO injection unit 1000cc/2000bar.
It was equipped with a brush system from an Italian supplier : T.System in Chiuduno (BG).
The demonstration mold was 48-cavity for the O'ring production supplied by ORP Stampi in Viadanica (BG).

The third machine was a vacuum compression press from TUNGYU - REP's partner in Taiwan, with 250T clamp demonstrating interesting ergonomics features for molds with 3 levels.
