RepNet-win®: Centralized production line control

Supervising your Rubber Injection Moulding MachinesYour production line at your fingertips and at a glance

This control network monitors in real time both the quality of the process and the production schedule.

"Zero defect" and "just-in-time" production, particularly in the case of subcontracting in the car industry is based on three key words: control, supervision and coordinate.

A user-friendly system using Windows.

Designed for rapid and intuitive use with no previous training, the Windows graphics interface is self-explanatory. Information can be accessed at every level without having to return to the main menu.

SPC and CIM in rubber injection processSPC Concept (Statistical Process Control):

Continuous control of all the production parameters ensuring that parts are in compliance with the standards required by the customer.

CIM Concept (Computer Integrated Manufacturing):

Supervision and coordination of operations and production flow, and monitoring the free/in use condition and availability of the presses.

Real-time monitoring: meeting "zero defect" and "just-in-time" requirements

Continuous control of all production parameters, supervision and coordination of operations and production flow: a control system of this type cannot be reproduced at each production operator workstation without vastly complicating the press operation.

To perform these functions, REP has developed RepNet-win®, a local network capable of linking up to a host computer as many as 30 closed-loop controlled Rep rubber injection presses (60 on option).
