REP ergonomic press

V79 : A 500 T machine whose keynote is accessibility and communication

No pit needed for the press, no platform needed for the operator

The movable traverse heating platen iis located at operator height, enabling the press to be used without any special adjustments and to be easily relocated if necessary

Change in production, dry cycle time: new records.

Improved productivity due to a shorter machine cycle time and mold replacement time. In this respect, the V79, as well as the G9 range in general, improves even further the performance of the previous generations.

Technical features

The injection unit: division of tasks

unité d'injection REP Like the G8, the plastification and injection functions are separate. This proven - and optimized - principle ensures feeding accuracy and precise temperature control. The horizontal position of the extruder puts the feed inlet within arm's reach. A new design aids both maintenance and material compound changes.

Closing Unit : ideal height and reduced space requirement

REP closing unitAs a result of its new design, the ergonomics and accessibility are incomparable. Mold thickness adjustment is automatic. The heating platen on the movable traverse is at operator height and its open position is constant whatever the mold thickness. The new structure is extremely compact: floor space requirement 3 317 x 1 400 mm.

Cycle time: more gain in time

V79 REPDry cycle time has been reduced, as a result of the improvements of the closing unit, the hydraulics and the controls. Movements are synchronized for handling the mold plates and can be done in masked time (e.g.: simultaneous extension and retraction of the hydraulic ejectors with press opening or closing).

Communication: touch screen user interface

REP touch screenThe G9 range is controlled via a touchscreen with extremely comprehensive features. It has made it possible to eliminate buttons and achieve an extremely compact workstation. Sequence programming options have been appreciably extended, opening up new horizons to the user.

For the operator: An explicit representation, intuitive operation and a more readable display.
For the process engineer: Faster and easier molding parameter settings and an accessible programming tool.

Operator Interface

Levels of access to the interface differentiated according to the people involved, secure and configurable.
