Vertical press configuration is a virtual necessity when producing complex parts or parts containing inserts.
It offers easy access to the mold area for manual de-molding, runner setting-off and cavity cleaning operations. It also means a reduced floor space requirement.
Horizontal presses are designed to allow easy removal of molded parts.
This is advantageous when production operations of simple shape engineered parts are to be fully automated.
The basic machine configuration is easily upgraded by adding optional equipments to meet your production requirements.
