Preliminary conditions: The trainees should have followed the REP Operator''s Course or have an equivalent level.

Goal of the training:

  • Gain a thorough knowledge of the injection process.
  • Be able to start a new production and adjust the mould
  • Learn how to optimize the process.

Preliminary conditions: Knowledge in rubber moulding and sufficent knowledge of technical drawing.

 

Goal of the training:

Learn how to design a mold by taking into account all necessary elements to its dependable operation

  • Held in the training room: slideshow projections, explanatory animations, samples, drawings

  • And in the plant: with a cut-in-half CRB, machines equipped with various options and moulds
  • Courses provided in English, French, German or Spanish.
  • In small groups* (4 to 8 participants)

    *Classes with less than 4 attendees registered will be subject to cancellation 15 days in advance. All registered participants will be informed. No penalty shall be applied to REP for such a cancellation.
