Welcome to REP! Peter WEIHS takes over the After-Sales Service Management of our German subsidiary.
REP international is pleased to introduce Peter Weihs as the new Service Manager of its subsidiary, REP Germany.
Peter WEIHS holds a degree in industrial engineering and has more than 15 years of proven experience with machine manufacturers and companies in the field of automation technology. During this time he also worked on projects in the rubber industry. Some of you may already know him! We are very pleased to have him on board and are looking forward to introducing him to you in person soon.
Peter and the whole team of REP Germany will keep on doing their utmost to support you in the best possible way in all your questions and projects.

Our network is expanding with a new service and spare parts agent in Poland
Poland is a strong and important market for REP.
The company APENA-REMONT was founded more than 22 years ago and is located in Bielsko-Biala. They are specialized in repairs and maintenance of machines and industrial equipment.
It is very important to offer a local service organization to our customers to reduce response and travelling times, especially during the COVID19 pandemic, when travelling between countries is much more difficult.
Maintaining and developing local representation and expertise has always been part of REP's policy and we will continue our efforts to expand our network and ensure a top class service everywhere.

A few words from Thorsten JUST, REP Deutschland
" To take over the service for REP in Poland, APENA-Remont's technicians have been trained since the beginning of 2020 and finished their final training in July in Germany.
Apena-Remont is now operational and will officially start their service by the 1st of August.
From now on Apena Remont will work hand in hand together with REP Germany, who is covering the sales side for Poland.
Welcome on board Apena-Remont. We are looking forward to working together in Poland to keep "rubber in motion" !

Mr. Ashok H.S. has recently joined REP Machines India Private Limited in Bangalore as VP of Sales.
He will be in charge of the management of REP India.

The New Generation of Multi-Station Injection Moulding Presses is available
Much awaited, the first CMX machine was already shipped to a North American Customer
Why is it Called CMX?
CMX replaces the former CMS machine (Compact-Multi-Station)
where X stands for 10 in Roman numerals (because of G10!) and mirrors the cross-shaped machine design with its 4 work stations.
The Utmost Solution by REP with Optimized Efficiency
The CMX is intended for highly profitable large-scale rubber part productions. It integrates the automation technology of the latest generation 10 including all 4.0 functions for increased profitability and production management.
The multi-station design allows simultaneously combining the injection, curing and demoulding processes, thus leading to a 90% increase in productivity when compared to a single station press and a 68% increase in productivity compared with a press equipped with a double plate stripping kit.
The reduced number of mould cavities makes automation easier, reduces tooling costs and helps better controlling the injection and curing settings.
A Highly Flexible System
- Injection of different shot capacities on each of the 4 moulds,
- Use of different moulds,
- Operation with 1, 2 or 3 moulds.
- Particularly fast mould change (10 minutes for all 4 moulding tools)

REP is awarded the Trophy of Patronage as a Donor
REP international was awarded the trophy of Patronage as a Donor on November 7th during the event organised by the Rubber Foundation in Paris under the auspices of its President, Mr. Jacques MAIGNÉ (C.E.O. of Hutchinson Group).
The opportunity to recall the prestigious past of our company and its founder, the invention by REP of the rubber injection process in the early sixties and our continuous commitment dedicated to research and development with professionals in the field of rubber injection.
The Rubber Foundation (FDCA) constitutes side by side with the National Union of Rubber and Polymers (SNCP), the National Training & Education Institute in Rubber Technology (IFOCA) and the French Rubber and Plastics Research and Testing Laboratory (LRCCP) the fourth pillar in development of the French Rubber and Polymer Centre (CFCP).
The Rubber Foundation was implemented on June 12, 2014 after an agreement signed between its member-founders and the Foundation of France and is acknowledged as a public interest foundation.
