K2025 attracted 3,257 exhibitors from 66 countries and 175,000 visitors from 160 nations.
Despite lower attendance levels coming from the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, K2025 has been a real success.
Our stand received almost 500 visitors working for 300 different companies.
There was a real interest in our new products and technologies. We even made several sales directly at the stand, especially the OPTI250 which attested the relevance of our new offering.

This event was an opportunity for our company to reveal for the very first time to the world two new presses:

Our ULTRA300 flagship model of the G11 range, demonstrated its power and precision. We highlighted:
Its advanced technology designed for the user
Its optimized ergonomics and its modern design
Its solid efficiency and outstanding production quality
The first model of the Optimum range, the OPTI250 seduced many customers for its simplicity and reliability.
It particularly drew visitors’ attention and had been sold out during the event. We demonstrated that:
The machine is easy and intuitive to learn
The machine optimizes production and costs
The partnership with Tung Yu provides strong technical support
We have also insisted on our HSR (High Shear Regeneration) technology.
This innovation upcycles vulcanized rubber waste and reemploys it to produce rubber without compromising the quality of it.
We dedicated a space within our stand where our visitors could:
Discover (or rediscover) how each stage of the HSR process runs
Understand the economic and environmental benefits
Picture concrete use cases for integrating this technology into their production processes
Many constructive interactions and exchanges took place in this space, which shows the growing interest in more sustainable solutions.
We also presented REP services, such as:
REP Pack 4.0 workshop supervision, predictive maintenance, energy monitoring
Maintenance and retrofitting
Training and personalized support
It was possible for our visitors to attend live machine demonstrations and discover our presses. EPG electric horizontal presses, our compression and Rotocure solutions, and to talk about those machines directly with our experts.
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to all our visitors, customers and partners for their presence and their interactions.

REP: How many REP presses do you have in your plant? What are the presses in question?
Walter PATRINI: In 1996, we acquired our first REP press, a V57.
Since then, our platform has welcomed various generations of machines, from G7 to G9.
Today, we have a total of 7 presses of 160t, 250t or 400t.
REP: Why this choice of models precisely? What is the main advantage we can attribute to them?
Walter PATRINI: For us, the choice was based on a key technical aspect: injection volume capacity.
It was one of the main features that guided our selection. .jpg)
Indeed, we now have 4 different injection unit models, giving us great flexibility ranging from 1,000 cc to 11,000 cc of injected compound.
REP: What technical or ergonomic aspects do you particularly appreciate?
Walter PATRINI: For us, the real advantage of these machines is:
This contributes to greater team autonomy and a reduction in production shutdowns due to operating problems.

REP: What aspects do you consider essential to maintaining optimized production?
Walter PATRINI: We would say that the productivity of our machines depends above all on rigorous maintenance. We have set up a weekly maintenance routine with preventive actions that enable us to avoid breakdowns and unplanned shutdowns.
Our operators are regularly trained in-house to ensure proper use of the presses. This discipline ensures stable, long-lasting production.
Our machines are also all connected, enabling us to monitor workshop data in real time, helping us to anticipate drifts and reinforce our predictive maintenance approach.

"With our current equipment and operating methods, we succeed in meeting 3 major objectives for the parts we produce: long-term reliability, low material waste and assured quality."

REP: How long have you been a REP Customer?
Walter PATRINI: We're long-standing customers, with our first press acquired over 20 years ago!
REP: What made you come to REP more than to any other company?
Walter PATRINI: REP was recommended to us by one of our customers, and we have continued to work together ever since, because we believe that REP presses represent:

REP : What are your future goals and challenges to complete?
Walter PATRINI: Our main objective today is to survive the unfair competition we face, by activating management and industrial improvement processes, and relying on suppliers and tools we trust.
"Maintaining exemplary quality through control is a daily objective for us."

Patrini Giacomo recommends REP's services, with a score of:

Used in a wide range of sectors, from construction to the chemical and oil industries, not forgetting pharmaceuticals and the food industry, these highly technical parts require a machine that combines precision and power!
With our 𝗛-𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥 machine and its unique design, the footprint is reduced and unequalled for optimized productivity and great modularity when it comes to injection volume.
Its modern, flexible design offers great versatility and adaptability to different stator sizes, diameters and geometries.
We are pleased to announce the upcoming appointment of Émilie CHIROUZE to the position of Area Sales Manager.

REP: How many REP presses do you have in your plant? What are the presses in question?
Soucy Baron: The 10+ REP machines in our workshop include various generations that provide a range of clamping force tonnages.
On a daily basis, we use:

REP: Why this choice of models precisely? What advantages and characteristics can we attribute to them?
Soucy Baron: The main advantages of these models for us are the following:
These highly reliable machines are heavily built, and have minimal maintenance requirements.
Configuration parameters are easily programmable and customizable.
In addition, they are identical for every generation of machine, making them user-friendly.
One of our major constraints is the machine's adaptability to different formulas and compositions of molding compounds.
Our presses adapt perfectly and convert from one material to another with no problem.
The injection unit's technology is superior to others already on the market, enabling high production quality and precision.
The durability and longevity of our machines is undeniable and a real advantage.
Some of our presses are models that belong to older generations from 30+ years ago, and are still as efficient as ever!
What makes these models so distinctive is their modularity and customizability.
As our needs have evolved over the years, this easily adaptable equipment continues to meet our expectations.

REP: For which use(s) and type of production do you require REP machines?
Soucy Baron: We use REP presses for the molding and overmolding of various rubber parts. These are then used in multiple sectors of activity such as recreational vehicle, agriculture, industry, etc.
As a trusted partner to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)across various industries, we provide excellence in engineering for high-performance critical rubber products with our REP equipment.
REP: To what extent are these machines a real advantage for you in terms of productivity?
Soucy Baron:

REP: What do you think defines a high-quality part?
Soucy Baron: We are uncompromising on both quality and stability. We ensure quality through various control points and precise finishes. We provide stability through constant results with no variations in the reliability of the molded parts we deliver.
REP: How is your part different from the competition? What are its main advantages and specificities?
Soucy Baron:
REP: How do REP machines help you achieve this optimal result?
Soucy Baron: The machines' low maintenance requirements and efficient design are reliable assets we can count on.
In addition, we benefit from very good after-sales service and the help of REP's qualified technicians, who assist us remotely or directly on site.

REP: How long have you been a REP Customer?
Soucy Baron: We've been working together for over 20 years now, with our first press (400 t) purchased in 2001.
We consider our relationship with REP as a true partnership rather than a classic supplier-customer relationship. We work jointly on new projects, developments and challenges we are facing.
REP: What made you come to REP more than to any other company?
Soucy Baron: For us, REP is the right choice, thanks in particular to the quality of service and equipment, as well as the relationship we have with the REP teams. The 3 top benefits of REP for us are:
We receive great service from every member of the team, whether it's during the quotation process for a new machine, the purchasing process, the maintenance of our existing machines, during development and improvement projects, or during various requests for technical assistance.
The REP Corporation team, in particular Derek Williams, the VP of Sales assigned to our account, along with Matt Pollard, Josh Beachum and Josh Brundage, make a great difference for us thanks to their availability, responsiveness and expertise.
