REP has another great news to share because we have also obtained the official renewal of our CSR commitment following a successful audit from the Union of Metallurgy Industries and Trades (IUMM) in December 2025.
This recognition follows the first level of CSR commitment obtained in 2022, and confirms the progress made in terms of social responsibility, governance and sustainable performance.
These forms of recognition embody an important milestone for REP.

We are accelerating our growth in India and the SAARC region through a strengthened partnership with Tung Yu India.
Tung Yu India is a leading and well-established player in the rubber industry. This collaboration enhances REP’s sales network, local presence, and customer support.
REP and Tung Yu share a long-standing collaboration combining REP’s expertise in rubber injection molding with Tung Yu’s industrial know-how. This partnership has already produced high-performance machine ranges that balance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
With Tung Yu India as our official sales agent, we now benefit from experienced staff and deep market knowledge, allowing customers across the region to benefit from faster and more efficient service.
The OPTIMUM range, developed jointly by REP and Tung Yu, is a key highlight of this new partnership. The OPTI rubber injection presses are designed to provide the perfect balance of price, performance, and quality, offering reliable, simple, and efficient rubber injection molding solutions.

The partnership will be officially introduced at the India Rubber Exhibition (IRE) in Delhi from April 7 to 10, 2026: a Tung Yu compression press and an OPTI300 injection molding machine made in India will be showcased.
With this reinforced presence, we confirm our commitment to provide efficient, reliable, and locally supported rubber injection molding solutions to the Indian market.

REP: How many REP presses do you have in your plant?
Wayne Rubber: We currently have two REP injection molding presses, installed in our brand-new factory recently opened in Wixom:
These machines are extremely accurate, offering perfect repeatability and optimal flexibility.
REP: How did the installation and integration process for your new presses go?
Wayne Rubber: Everything went smoothly. From delivery to start-up, REP’s technical staff demonstrated great professionalism.
The training sessions were extremely thorough, helping our operators and engineers quickly gain confidence in :
- machine setup
- maintenance
- and process optimization.
REP: Which technical or ergonomic aspects do you particularly appreciate?
Wayne Rubber: Our teams appreciate that REP presses are designed with the operator in mind, in order to minimize downtime and simplify setup.

Data tracking and automation features contribute to process traceability, which is a key priority for us.

REP: Have you ever encountered the machine's capacity limitations?
Wayne Rubber: Not at all. We have processed a wide variety of materials, including EPDM, NBR, SBR and special elastomers, with excellent results.
REP machines maintain stable temperatures and injection pressures, enabling clean and uniform parts.
REP: What is the advantage in terms of productivity?
Wayne Rubber: The REP machines have been a game changer in productivity! Their fast cycles and controlled energy consumption, have enabled us to maintain high efficiency without sacrificing quality. Repeatability between cycles minimizes scrap and rework, allowing us to focus on throughput and reliability.
Operator feedback has been extremely positive : setup and operation are intuitive, which helps us maintain our productivity even when we are training new staff!

REP: In your opinion, what defines a high-quality piece?
Wayne Rubber: For us, a high-quality part is one that retains its dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and performance consistency across large production runs.
We define quality not only by meeting specifications, but by producing parts that perform reliably in the field over time.

REP: How do your part and services stand out from the competition?
Wayne Rubber: We differentiate ourselves through a combination of :

REP: Is the optimization of the waste rate and material scrap a concern for you? How does your product answer these issues?
Wayne Rubber: Yes, waste reduction is a major focus. The consistency and repeatability of REP presses have allowed us to reduce start-up scrap and optimize material usage.
This aligns with both our environmental goals and our customers’ cost expectations.

REP: What made you come to REP more than to any other company?
Wayne Rubber: it's REP's reputation for technical excellence, reliability, and customer service. We evaluated several other press manufacturers, but the technical capabilities, robust press design, and proven experience record of the company in the field made REP the obvious choice!
REP: What were your main constraints, and are you satisfied with the results?
Wayne Rubber: Our main constraints were footprint and flexibility. We needed machines that were compatible with a wide range of mold sizes and capable of processing all kinds of materials within a compact layout.
REP presses have exceeded our expectations in both respects. We're extremely satisfied with their performance and the support we've received.

REP: What are your future goals and challenges to complete?
Wayne Rubber: The next step for Wayne Rubber is to develop our in-house molding capabilities and continuing to grow our customer base in high-specification markets such as automotive and industrial OEMs.
We are also investing in testing and R&D capabilities to better meet our customers' needs. As we grow, REP equipment will continue to play a central role in our production strategy.

K2025 attracted 3,257 exhibitors from 66 countries and 175,000 visitors from 160 nations.
Despite lower attendance levels coming from the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, K2025 has been a real success.
Our stand received almost 500 visitors working for 300 different companies.
There was a real interest in our new products and technologies. We even made several sales directly at the stand, especially the OPTI250 which attested the relevance of our new offering.

This event was an opportunity for our company to reveal for the very first time to the world two new presses:

REP: How many REP presses do you have in your plant? What are the presses in question?
Walter PATRINI: In 1996, we acquired our first REP press, a V57.
Since then, our platform has welcomed various generations of machines, from G7 to G9.
Today, we have a total of 7 presses of 160t, 250t or 400t.
REP: Why this choice of models precisely? What is the main advantage we can attribute to them?
Walter PATRINI: For us, the choice was based on a key technical aspect: injection volume capacity.

Indeed, we now have 4 different injection unit models, giving us great flexibility ranging from 1,000 cc to 11,000 cc of injected compound.
REP: What technical or ergonomic aspects do you particularly appreciate?
Walter PATRINI: For us, the real advantage of these machines is:
This contributes to greater team autonomy and a reduction in production shutdowns due to operating problems.

REP: What aspects do you consider essential to maintaining optimized production?
Walter PATRINI: We would say that the productivity of our machines depends above all on rigorous maintenance. We have set up a weekly maintenance routine with preventive actions that enable us to avoid breakdowns and unplanned shutdowns.
Our operators are regularly trained in-house to ensure proper use of the presses. This discipline ensures stable, long-lasting production.
Our machines are also all connected, enabling us to monitor workshop data in real time, helping us to anticipate drifts and reinforce our predictive maintenance approach.
